Fished from the boat trolling along the shore. Was only one other boater on the lake and no one on shore fishing. Fishing was very slow for anything that would bite.
Lake is very full and temp. around 47.
06/14/2008 fished North Sterling today. Trolled all around the lake. Along the dam saw several walleye being caught both from shore and from the boats. We used "Mr. Twisters" along the dam area. We caught TWO walleyes there. BUT they were not big enough to keep (15 in. min.) Then we changed up and looked for Wipper. (Used rattle traps) A slightly faster troll. Caught 4 BUT also were not big enough to keep. (What a day) LOL.

06/21/2008 No waleye caught today at North Sterling. But the day was not all lost. Caught our limit of "Wiper"
